Policy Details
You can return your item 7 days from the date you received it.
Items that can’t be returned include: custom/ made-to-order
For all returns, the only thing you need to include in your package is the purchased item.

Shipping Fees
You are responsible for most return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return. Exceptions: Atelye Daschielle will cover shipping fees in when Items are damaged and/or defective.
Prepaid label will be sent to customer upon completion of return request.

Restocking Fees
Atelye Daschielle does not charge restocking fees.
